When a person completes the membership form, the information entered is securely sent over the Internet to our CRM system. We note that the only personal information that is mandatory to complete is:

Who has access to this information?
DSNAMEF staff handling your information in providing the agreed service to you. DSNAMEF is subject to the Data Protection Act, including confidentiality, and handles personal data accordingly. The DSNAMEF staff also receives instruction in compliance with the data protection rules.
Once a company/persons profile has been produced, it is only the profile recipient himself and DSNAMEF staff who have access to the profile.
